The course seeks to deepen discussions on contemporary discourses in Design and Crafts theories through selected literature. In a series of seminars, students will articulate between literature, images and their own research topics. At the end of the course, students should complete a written essay that reflects on the texts read during the semester.
Meetings will take place biweekly on Mondays or Tuesdays (see schedule below)
Assignments: For each text, students should bring one image (either their own or from third parties) that they believe illustrates the text well.
